As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated by USPS.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?
If your order is returned to sender, you will be refunded (minus the shipping cost). Rare Luxe Beauty is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by UPS or USPS.
I received a Missing, Wrong, or Damaged Product.
If you receive an incomplete, wrong, or damaged order please contact us immediately at info@myrareluxe.com. Be sure to include your order number and a picture of everything you received inside your order package including the packing slip.
Do you ship international?
At this time, we only ship to USA and Canada.
Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
Once you place your order, you cannot cancel it. No exceptions!

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
